Age Restriction This is a strictly 21+ event. Valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) is required to board. Guests who cannot provide valid ID will be refused entry with no refund.

Tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) at boarding for scanning.
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
• Resale of tickets above face value is not permitted.

Boarding & Timing

• Boarding opens at 12:45PM and the boat departs promptly at 1:00PM.
• Guests arriving after departure will not be permitted to board and will not be entitled to a refund.
• The cruise runs 1:00PM–5:00PM. Guests must disembark at the end of the cruise.

Conduct

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a way that is abusive, aggressive, or puts the safety of other guests, staff, or the vessel at risk, without refund.
• Guests are expected to follow all instructions from crew and event staff at all times, including safety instructions.

Items & Searches

• Bags may be subject to search prior to boarding.
• Illegal substances, weapons, glass bottles, or any item deemed dangerous by staff or crew are strictly prohibited.

Liability

• Organisers and the vessel operator are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• The event will operate as planned regardless of weather conditions unless cancelled by the organiser or vessel operator for safety reasons.

Cancellations

• In the unlikely event the cruise is cancelled by the organiser or operator, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
• The organiser is not responsible for any other costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation) as a result of a cancellation.

Photography & Media

• This event may be filmed and photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appear in this content.

Changes to Event

• The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the lineup, timings, or boarding location, with notice given to ticket holders where possible.
